How Big Data Can Reveal Customer Behavior Insights

Big Data holds many promises for companies — some of which it is already delivering on, and some of which have yet to be realized. According to an August 2013 survey of senior marketers in the U.S. market, companies are seeing returns on their Big Data investments in a number of areas.

Among agency and brand executives, 85% said Big Data had yielded more than half of marketing initiatives when it came to increasing insights into consumer behavior.
