New Apps for Wi-Fi Connectivity Drive Wireless Broadband Usage

Global shipments of Wi-Fi enabled consumer electronics (CE) devices are forecast to reach 2.2 billion units in 2015, accounting for 48% of the total CE devices shipped. As the wireless broadband industry evolves, the dominant 802.11n Wi-Fi standard will be superseded by the latest standard (802.11ac).
