Robotic Process Automation Gains Momentum

Just over half of the firms covered in the report expect to adopt some form of robotic process automation in their IT departments within the next three years, while 67% expect to deploy virtual assistants and artificial intelligence tools, including machine learning, natural language processing, speech recognition and augmented reality.
