Worldwide spending on telecom services and pay TV services totaled $1,615 billion in 2018 that’s an increase of 0.8% year over year, according to IDC research. IDC expects worldwide spending on Telecom and Pay-TV services to reach $1,657 billion in 2023.

According to the latest worldwide market study by Juniper Research, the operational cost savings from using chatbots within banking will reach $7.3 billion globally by 2023 — that’s up from an estimated $209 million savings in 2019.
From 2018 onwards, streaming music growth will lessen each year, falling from 29% in 2018 to 7% in 2026. The slowdown in revenue growth reflects the maturation of developed streaming markets such as the US, UK, Sweden, Netherlands and Australia.
